अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 11-01/2019/सात-4. ― छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता 1959 (क्र. 20सन्‌ 1959) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 11-01/2019/सात-4, दिनांक 11 नवम्बर, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

संशोधन

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -

अनुसूची के सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम (3) में, शब्द ''कटघोरा'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''पाली'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

No. F 11-01/2019/Seven-4 . ― In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, makes the following Amendment in the department's Notification No. F 11-01/2019/Seven-4, Dated 11th November, 2020, namely :-

In Schedule of the said Notification, -

In column (3) of serial number 1 of the Schedule, for the word "Katghora", the word "Pali" shall be substituted. By order and in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh,
