क्रमांक एफ 11-01 / 2019 / सात- 4.- छत्तीसगढ़ भू- राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा (2 ) के परन्तुक में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, एतदद्वारा , यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त संहिता की धारा 13 की उप - धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , राज्य सरकार , अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 11-01 / 2019 / सात-4 , दिनांक 11 नवम्बर, 2020 में, नवीन तहसील भिलाई-3 , जिला दुर्ग की सीमाओं में आंशिक परिवर्तन करते हुये , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गए अनुसार पूर्व में ही प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है, अर्थात्:-
संशोधन
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(1 ) अनुसूची के कॉलम (4 ) में सृजित नवीन तहसील भिलाई -3 के सम्मुख कॉलम (5) में , शब्द "राजस्व निरीक्षक मण्डल दुर्ग " के स्थान पर, शब्द "राजस्व निरीक्षक मण्डल दुर्ग -1 " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।
(2 ) अनुसूची के परिवर्तन का स्वरूप के कॉलम (5 ) में, राजस्व निरीक्षक मण्डल जामुल में , शब्द एवं अंक " पटवारी हल्का नं. 18 एवं 49 के कुल 04 ग्राम" के पश्चात्, शब्द एवं अंक "के साथ पटवारी हल्का नं. 16 एवं 17 के 03 ग्राम, इस प्रकार राजस्व निरीक्षक मण्डल जामुल में पटवारी हल्का नं. 16, 17, 18 एवं 49 के कुल 07 ग्राम शामिल होंगे " अंतःस्थापित किया जाये ।
(3 ) अनुसूची के परिवर्तन का स्वरूप के कॉलम (5) में, शब्द एवं अंक " कुल 40 पटवारी हल्के के कुल 90 ग्राम नवीन तहसील भिलाई -3 में शामिल होंगे" के स्थान पर, शब्द एवं अंक " कुल 41 पटवारी हल्के एवं 01 आंशिक पटवारी हल्का के कुल 93 ग्राम नवीन तहसील भिलाई-3 में शामिल होंगे " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।
(4) अनुसूची के नवीन तहसील की सीमाएं के कॉलम (6) में , शब्द "दक्षिण - तहसील दुर्ग " के स्थान पर , शब्द " दक्षिण - तहसील पाटन एवं दुर्ग, जिला दुर्ग " एवं शब्द " पूर्व- तहसील दुर्ग" के स्थान पर, शब्द "पूर्व- तहसील रायपुर , जिला रायपुर" तथा शब्द "पश्चिम - तहसील राजनांदगांव " के स्थान पर, शब्द " पश्चिम - तहसील दुर्ग एवं धमधा, जिला दुर्ग " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 11-01 / 2019 /Seven - 4. - In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub- section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code , 1959 (No. 20 of 1959 ) , notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 13 of the said Code , the State Government, hereby , makes the following amendment in vide Notification No. F 11-01 /2019/ Seven - 4 , Dated 11th November , 2020 , by making partial change in the boundaries of new tehsil Bhilai - 3 , District- Durg , the same having been previously pusblished as required by Section 13 of the said Code , named : -
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification ,
(1) In column (5) against create new tehsil Bhilai -3 in column (4) of the Schedule , for the words " Revenue Inspector Mandal Durg " , the words and figure " Revenue Inspector Mandal Durg - 1 " shall be substituted .
(2) In column ( 5) of nature of change of the Schedule , in Revenue Inspector Mandal Jamul , after the words and figure " Total 04 villages of Patwari Halka No. 18 and 49 " , the words and figure " with 03 villages of Patwari Halka No. 16 and 17 , thus total 07 villages of Patwari Halka No. 16, 17, 18 and 49 shall be included in Revenue Inspector Mandal Jamul " shall be inserted.
(3) In column ( 5) of nature of change of the Schedule , for the words and figures " total 90 villages of 40 Patwari Halka Shall be included in new Tehsil Bhilai - 3 " , the words and figures " total 93 villages of 41 Patwari Halka and 01 partial Patwari Halka Shall be included in new Tehsil Bhilai - 3 " shall be substituted .
(4) In column (6) of boundaries of New Tehsil of the Schedule , for the words " South- Tehsil Durg " , the words " South -Tehsil Patan and Durg , District Durg " and for the words "East - Tehsil Durg " , the words " East- Tehsil Raipur , District Raipur " and for the words " West- Tehsil Rajnandgaon " , the words " West- Tehsil Durg and Dhamdha , District Durg " shall be substituted.
