{s- a -p1u{ of epidemic of corona virus (Covid-¹⁹), circumstances arising from lockdown, in view of the difficulties facld in the operation of passenger buses, in exercise of.the powers golferred by Sub-section (l) of section 2l of the chirauisgarh rraoio.y- Karadhan adhiniyam, l99l (No. ²⁵ of l99l), the State Government, hereby, exempts in paymeit of motor vehicle tax in respect of passenger vehicles as follows:-

l' (a) Exemption in submission of advance monthly tax payable for a period of March, 2021, subject to the restrictions and conditions specified undlr rule I t and rz or trre ihhffi;;il Motoryan Karadhan Rules, 1991.

(b) After ³¹st march, 2o?!, the provision for depositing monthly tax in advance shall automatically become effective.

2. This notification shall come into force with retrospective effect from 3l st October, 2020.
