क्रमांक एफ 4-55/तीन-जेल/2017. ― विभाग के समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 19 अक्टूबर, 2020 के द्वारा प्रदेश के केन्द्रीय जेलों/जिला जेलाें/उप जेलों में तीन वर्ष कालावधि के लिए अशासकीय संदर्शक नियुक्त किया गया था। 2. राज्य शासन एतद् द्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना के सरल क्रमांक 5 में उप जेल गरियाबंद के सरल क्रमांक 02 में उल्लेखित श्रीमती शीला ठाकुर ग्राम-नागाबुड़ा, तहसील व जिला-गरियाबंद की नियुक्ति जेल नियमावली के नियम 815 उप नियम 6 के अन्तर्गत निरस्त करता है।
No. F 4-55/Three-Jail/2017. ― By the even numbered notification dated 19 october 2020 of the department Non-official visitor was appointed in the Central Jails/ District Jails/ Sub Jails of the State for a period of three years.
2. The State Government hereby cancelled the appointment of Smt. Sheela Thakur, Village-Nagabuda, Tehsil and District Gariyaband mentioned serial number 02 of Sub Jail Gariyaband in the serial number 5 of the notification, under rule 815 subrule 6 of the Jail Manual.
