NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-10/Food l2}l7l2g-1.- The following draft of amendment in the Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre), Rules,2018 which the State Government in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 53 read with sub-section (3) of the Section 24 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (No. 1 of 20 I 0), proposes to make, is hereby, published as required by sub0 section (4) of Section 53 of the said Act, for the information of all person likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given t6hat the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazntle.

Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period, in office hoirs in offtce of the Controller, Legal Mefology, Block-B, Third Floor, Indrawati Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh (Room No- l1l3/03) shall be considered by ttre Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the said rules,- 1. For the words " Goverrlment of India" and "Central Government", wherever they occur, the words "State Government" shall be substituted.
2. For the words "Joint Secretar5r, Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India", wherever They occur, the words "Competent Officer of the State Government" shall be substituted.
3. For the words "Director, Iegal Metrolory", wherever they occur, the words "Controller, Legal Metrolory" shall be substituted.
4. For FOURTH SCHEDULE, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
