F.No. 5-07lfrans-Yl1U2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Transport Deparhnent Sub-Ordinate, class-Ill (Executive) Service Recruitment and Condition of Service Rules, 2008, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1 . In column (3) of serial number 3 of Schedule-I for the figure "39", the figure "7 4" shall be substituted. 2. For serial number 3 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-Il, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

3. In Schedule-V, -
(1) [n Preamble, for the words "Direct recruitment by selection through lateral entry scheme or fulfilment scheme of the post of Transport Sub-lnspector (Non-Technical) by selection through limited competition examination from ministerial service of Transport Department", the words, figures and symbols "scherne of selection for fulflllment of the post of Transport Sub-Inspector (Non-Technical) by Joint Departmental Limited Competitive Examination from Assistant Grade-I, ,I,I and III from Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh Class-III (Clerical and Non-Clerical) Transport Service Recruitrnent Rules, 2013 and Constable and Head Constable from Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh Transport Deparfinent, Sub-Ordinate Class-III (Executive) Service Recruitment and Conditions of Service Rules, 2008 as amended rr;,2012 and20l4 of the Transport Department:r'shall be substituted.
(2) For clause l, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"1. TiTle:- Short title of this Scheme is scheme for selection to fulfrll the post of Transport Sub-Inspector (Non-Technical) by "Joint Deparhnental Limited Competitive Examination."
(3) In clause 2 relatng to Eligibility, for the words and symbol "Only such member of the ministerial service of Transport Department who possess following qualification shall be eligible to take benefit from this pldn." , the words, figures and symbols o'Assistant Grade-I, II and III from Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh Class-III (Clerical and Non-Clerical) Transport Service Recruitment Rules, 2013 and Constable and Head Constable from Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh Transport Department, Sub-Ordinate Class-III (Executive) Service Recruitment and Conditions of Service Rules, 2008 as amended :ri,2012 and2014 of the Transport Department, who possess the following qualification, shall be eligible to take benefit of this scheme:-" shall be substituted.
(4) For paragraph (One) of clause 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(One) Who has completed rendered regular servive for at least five years in permanent or officiating capacity after completion of probation period on any post of the Assistant Grade-I, II and III from Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh Class-III (Clerical and Non- Clerical) Transport Service Recruitment Rules, 2013 and Constable and Head Constable from Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh Transport Department, Sub-Ordinate Class-III (Executive) Service Recruitment and Conditions of Service Rules,2008 as amended lrrr2012 and2014, and"
The said amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
