b) Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.
c) Note indicatingphasing of implementation of the draft plan and stating the manner in which permission to development to be obtained.
d) Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquistion for public purposes, and the cost of works involved in the implementation plan.
