क्रमांक एफ 12-1/दो-गृह/सै.क./2019.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ के राज्यपाल, एतद् द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सैनिक कल्याण संचालनालय (तृतीय श्रेणी अराजपत्रित) भर्ती नियम, 1987 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, -
अनुसूची-चार के ''अधीक्षक'' तथा ''सहायक/उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक/लेखापाल/रोकड़िया/लेखा परीक्षक'' के कॉलम (1) से (3) की संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

| सहायक ग्रेड-एक/अधीक्षक | अनुभाग अधिकारी | सहायक ग्रेड-एक/अधीक्षक, जिसने इस पद पर न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष सेवा की हो। |
| सहायक ग्रेड-दो/ ल ेखापाल/रोकड़िया/लेखा परीक्षक | सहायक ग्रेड-एक /अधीक्षक | सहायक ग ेड-दो/ ्र लेखापाल/ रोकड़िया/लेखा परीक्षक, जिसने इन पदों पर न्यूनतम 8 वर्ष सेवा की हो। |
NOTIFICATION
No. F 12-1/02(HOME)/DSW/2019.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Directorate of Sainik Welfare (Class III Non - Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 1987, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules, -
For the entries relating to column (1) to Column (3) of "Superintendent" and "Assistant/UDC/Accountant/Cashier/Auditor" of Schedule – IV, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

| Assistant Grade-I / Superintendent | Section Officer | Assistant Grade-I/ Superintendent with minimum 5 years service in the post. |
| Assistant Grade-II/ Accoutant/Cashier/Auditor | Assistant Grade-I / Superintendent | Assistant Grade -II/ Accountant / Cashier/Auditor with minimum 8 years service in the post. |
