क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/18.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम अधिनियम, 1956 (क्रमांक 23 सन् 1956) की धारा 433 सहपठित धारा 58 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम (अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति तथा सेवा के निबंधन एवं शर्तें) नियम, 2018 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, -
अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 18 के कॉलम (3) में, शब्द ''लेखापाल'' के स्थान पर, शब्द तथा चिन्ह ''लेखापाल/सहायक वर्ग-दो (यदि उसने लेखा में प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण कर लिया है)'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

No. F 4- 14/2017/18.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 58 read with Section 433 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No.23 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Appointment and Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2018 namely :-

In Schedule of the said rules,-
In column (3) of serial number 18 of Schedule-IV, for the word "Accountant", the words and symbols "Accountant/Assistant Grade-II (if he has completed training in Accounts)" shall be substituted.
