अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 10-59/2020/वाक/पांच (1). - छत्तीसगढ़ मूल्य संवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रमांक 2 सन्‌ 2005) की धारा 15-ख की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (दो) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-10-59/2020/वाक/पांच(135), दिनांक 24-12-2020, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-

अंकों एवं चिन्ह ''31-01-2021'' जहां भी आये हों के स्थान पर, अंकों एवं चिन्ह ''10-02-2021'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

NOTIFICATION

No. F 10-59/2020/CT/V (1). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this departments notification No. F-10-59/2020/CT/V (135), dated 24-12- 2020, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

For the figures and punctuation "31-01-2021", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "10-02- 2021" shall be substituted.
