अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-6/2020/एक(1). - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) एवं (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन कार्य (आवंटन) नियम में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, -
शीर्षक ''चार-वित्त विभाग'' के अंतर्गत,-
(क) भाग (अ) के सरल क्रमांक 18 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''18. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य संपरीक्षा''
(ख) भाग (आ) के सरल क्रमांक 9 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''9. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य संपरीक्षा अधिनियम, 1973 (क्र. 43 सन् 1973)''
(ग) भाग (आ) के सरल क्रमांक 17 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-
''18. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य संपरीक्षा नियम, 1974''
(घ) भाग (इ) के सरल क्रमांक 2 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''2. राज्य संपरीक्षा संचालनालय, छत्तीसगढ़''
(ङ) भाग (ऊ) के सरल क्रमांक 2 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''2. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य संपरीक्षा सेवा'' (छ) भाग (ऊ) के सरल क्रमांक 6 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :- ''6. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य संपरीक्षा लिपिक वर्गीय सेवा''
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,
संजय अग्रवाल, संयुक्त सचिव.

क्रमांक एफ 1-6/2020/एक(1). - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-6/2020/एक(1), दिनांक 05-02-2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-6/2020/One(1). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Government Business (Allocation) Rules, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules, -
Under the heading "Four-Finance Department",-
(a) for serial number 18 of Part (A), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''18. Chhattisgarh State Audit"
(b) for serial number 9 of Part (B), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''9. Chhattisgarh Rajya Sampariksha Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 43 of 1973)."
(c) after serial number 17 of Part (B), the following shall be added, namely :-
''18. Chhattisgarh Rajya Sampariksha Rules, 1974"
(d) for serial number 2 of Part (C), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''2. Directorate of State Audit, Chhattisgarh."
(e) for serial number 2 of Part (F), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''2. Chhattisgarh State Audit Service."
(f) for serial number 4 of Part (F), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''4. Chhattisgarh State Audit Subordinate Service."
(g) for serial number 6 of Part (F), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''6. Chhattisgarh State Audit Ministerial Service"
