क्रमांक एफ 5-3/2018/29-2. - उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का सं. 35) की धारा 102 की उप-धारा (1) तथा धारा 101 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (ढ) और (ब) सहपठित धारा 29 एवं 43 के अधीन भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग) द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना क्रमांक सा.का.नि. 451(अ), दिनांक 15 जुलाई, 2020 तथा क्रमांक सा.क.नि. 452(अ), दिनांक 15 जुलाई, 2020 को राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, सम्यक् रूप से अंगीकृत करती है।

No. F-5-3/2018/29-2. - The State Government, hereby, duly adopts the Notification No. G.S.R. 451(E), dated 15th July, 2020 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public distribution (Deprtment of Consumer Affairs) under sub-section (1) of Section 102 and clause (n) and (w) of sub-section (2) of Section 101 read with Section 29 and 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (No. 35 of 2019)
