अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ-5-03/आठ-परि./2021. - परिवहन विभाग द्वारा प्रारूप-7 में जारी स्मार्ट कार्ड टाइप ड्रायविंग लायसेंस, तथा प्रारूप 23 क में जारी स्मार्ट कार्ड टाइप रजिस्टे्रशन प्रमाण पत्र, डाक विभाग द्वारा पोस्ट के माध्यम से आवेदक को भेजने तथा संबंधित व्यय हेतु नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित अतिरिक्त प्रभार आवेदक से वसूल करने हेतु अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, केन्द्रीय मोटरयान नियम, 1989 के नियम 32 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 59) की धारा 212 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्‌द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से दस दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात्‌ विचार किया जायेगा। कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, परिवहन आयुक्त, छत्तीसगढ़, तृतीय तल, सी-ब्लॉक, इंद्रावती भवन, नवा रायपुर, अटल नगर के कार्यालय में, कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

F. No. 5-03/trans-8/2021. - The following draft of notification to levy an additional charge from applicant mentioned in column (2) of Table below for sending Smart Card Type Driving Licence issued in Form-7 & Smart Card Type Registration Certificate in form 23(A) of Central Motor Vechicle Rules 1989 by the Transport Department to the applicant through post by the postal department and related expenses, which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 32 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, is hereby, published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 212 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988), for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette;

Any objection or suggestions regarding the said draft received from any person, before the specified period, during office hours by the office of the Transport Commissioner, Third floor, C-Block, Indrawati Bhawan, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh, namely :-
