Class-II Post shall be filled-up temporarily as and when need arises by drawing suitable Assistant Professor either from any State University or Central University or by offering fixed term appointment to any eligible retired Assistant Professor/Professor. Further, suitatjle persons be empanelled as Faculty Member (English) for aperiod of one year and his services may be obtained as and when required during that period against a fixed pay at the rate ofRs. 3000/- per day.

17. In Rule- l ² Q) of Fiffh Schedule, Code of conduct of Clrhattisgarh High Court Services (Appgintmen! Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules 2017, the words "twenty five thousand rupees" are substituted with Se words "02 months Basic Pay''and the words "twelve thousand rupees" are . substituted with the words "01 month's Basic Pat''.

The amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
