Whereas, there are reports with the State Government that certain elements are active or are likely to be active to threaten the communal harmony and to commit any act prejudicial to the maintenance of public order, and to commit acts prejudicial to the security of state;

Now, therefore, in eiercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub section (3) of Section 3 of the National Security Act, I 980 (No. 65 of I 980), the State Govenrment hereby directs that the District Magistate, Dirstrict Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaoq Durg Raigarh, Surguja Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-Champ4 Korb4 Kabirdhar4 Mahasamun4 Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Suhna, Kondagaon, Balodabazar,Gariyaband, Bemetara , Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur, Gaurela-Pendra-MarwahimayduringtheperiodFrom lstApril,202l to 30 June, 2021 if satisfied as provided in sub section (2) of:the said section 3, exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the said section 3.
