NOTIFICATION

No.FI0-2412021/CT/(EX)N(25).- In exercise of the powers conferred under provisio (l) and (2) of Section 25 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. II of 1915), the State Government, hereby impose an "Additional Excise Duty" of Rs. l0/- on the Retail Sale Price on each piece of Foreigr Liquor (Spirit) of Lowest duty rate as well as on the Retail Sale Price on each piece of all types of beer (malt). For Foreigr Liquor (Spirit) of all other duty ranges, an "Additional Excise Duty" shall be payable at the rate of Rs. 20l- on the Retail Sale Prices of each piece, in order to meet out the financial requirements of schemes related to education and health.

2. Notification No. F I0-53/2020/CT|(EX)N(74), dated l5-05-2020 is hereby repealed. 3. This notification shall be applicable fuom0l-04-2021.
