No.F 3-42/2019/CT(RyV(27).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Registration Act, ¹⁹⁰⁸ (No. XVI of ¹⁹⁰⁸), the State Government, hereby, extends the date of applicability of this Department's Notification No. F ⁰³-^4212019/CT(R)N(⁷⁶), Dated 3 Jrure 2020, for further period upto 3l March ²⁰²², related to the exemption of ² percent in the registration fee paid on registration of instruments of sale of residential houses and flats, where the Market Value of such properly is less than or equal to Rs. 75 lakhs.
