No. 4480/1248/21-B/C G/2021 The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Memo No. 288/Confdl/2021/II-2-101/2001, Bilaspur 24th March, 2021, hereby, withdraws the services of Shri Ram Kumar Tiwari, Member of Higher Judicial Services, presently posted as District and Sessions Judge, Raipur from the High Court of Chhattisgarh and hands it overs to the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh for his appointment on deputation as Principal Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Law and Legislative Affairs Department.
