NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4760/1276/XXI-B/C. G./21 The State Governement, in consulation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in complinace of it's Memo No. 4145/Checker/III/6-4/2003 dated 27-03-2021, earmarks the Court of Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge Mungeli as Fast Track Court for the purpose of speedy trial of rape cases and designates Special Court under section 25 of the Commissions for the Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 and under Section 28 of the POCSO Act, 2012, and hereby makes the following amendments in this Department's previous Notification No. 1105/ 406/XXI-B/C.G./20 Dated 01-02-2020, namely:-
(1) In first paragraph for the words "two exclusive FTSCs of Additional District and Sessions Judges for trial of cases under POCSO Act in the following places" substitutes the words "exclusive FTSC of Additional District and Sessions Judge for trial of cases under POSCO Act in the following place".
(2) Completely omitts all entries in Serial no.2 and the Row thereafter with regard to District Mungeli in the Table.
