NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4764/1276/XXI-B/C. G./21 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, the State Government, in consulation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of it's Memo No. 4145/Checker/III/6-4/2003 dated 27-03-2021, hereby, makes the following amendments in this Department's previous notifications namely:-
AMENDMENT
(1) In the Notification No. 10159/3787/XXI-B/C.G./13 Dated 30-10-2013, in Serial No.-1 column No.-2, for the words "Additional Sessions Judge, Bemetera "the words "Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bemetara" shall be substituted.
(2) In the Notification No. 6610/2033/XXI-B/C.G./17 Dated 18-07-2017, in Serial No.-1 column No.-2, for the words "Additional Sessions Judge, Mungeli" the words "Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Mungeli" shall be substituted.
(3) In the Notification No. 12281/D2539/XXI-B/C.G./06 Dated 09-10-2006, in Serial No.-2 column No.-2, for the words "Addl. Sessions Judge, Janjgir-Champa" the words "Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Janjgir" shall be substituted.
