NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4766/1240/XXI-B/C. G./21 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984) the State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, and in compliance of it's Memo No. 4045/Checker/III/8-2/2001 dated 25-03-2021, hereby, makes the following further amendments in this Department's previous notifications namely:-
AMENDMENT
01- In the Notification No. 2265/906/XXI-B/C.G./13 Dated 21-03-2013:
a) In Entry No.-14, column No.-04, prior to the words "Revenue District Kabirdham (Kawardha)" clause "a." shall be inserted.
b) In Entry No.-14, column No.-04, after the words "a. Revenue District Kabirdham (Kawardha)" the words "b. Additional sitting at Khairagarh every month during second week" shall be inserted.
02- In the Notification No. 6600/2432/XXI-B/C.G./13 Dated 01-08-2013:
a) Clause (b) of Entry No.-12 column No.-3, shall be omitted.
b) In Clause (a) of Entry No.-12 column No.-4, the words "and Khairagarh" shall be omitted.
c) Clause (b) of Entry No.-12 column No.-4, shall be omitted.
