NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4905/1240/XXI-B/C. G./21 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984) the State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, and in compliance of it's Memo No. 4531/Checker/III/8-2/2001 dated 13-04-2021, in supersession of it's Notification No. 4765/1240/XXI-B/C. G./21 Dated 09-04-2020 hereby, makes the following further amendments in this Department's previous notifications namely:-
AMENDMENT
01- In the Notification No. 2265/906/XXI-B/C.G./13 Dated 21-03-2013 for entries in serial no. 14 of the schedule the following shall be substituted:
