क्रमांक एफ 3-53/2019/14-1.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ उद्यानिकी अराजपत्रित (अलिपिक वर्गीय) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में-
1. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''82'' के स्थान पर, अंक ''117'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये.
2. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''436'' के स्थान पर, अंक ''623'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये.
3. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 3 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

विस्तार अधिकारी भरा जायेगा जिन्होंने 15 वर्षों की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली हो एवं जिनकी न्यूनतम योग्यता स्नातक हो तथा जिन्होंने एक माह का विभागीय प्रशिक्षण किया हो.'' Atal Nagar, the 26th March 2021
NOTIFICATION
F. No. 5-53-2019-14-1. ⸺ In Exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Horticulture Non Gazetted (Non- Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. In column (3) of serial number 1 of Schedule-I, for the figure "82", the figure "117" shall be substituted.
2. In column (3) of serial number 3 of Schedule-I, for the figure "436", the figure "623" shall be substituted.
3. For serial number 3 of Schedule-II and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"3. Rural Horticulture 623 90% 10% 10% posts shall be filled by those Extension Officer Gardeners who have completed 15 years of service and have minimum qualification as Graduate and departmental training of one month".
