No. 83 (Mis.)/II-15-19/2021. Following amendments are made in Chhattisgarh High Court Services
(Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2017:-
AMENDMENT
1. In Rule-2 General, Part-I to Rules, 2017, after (xvii), following row is inserted; (xvii-a) 'Research Officer' means Research Officer of the High Court.
2. After sl. no. 11, First Schedule (Gazetted Officers) to Rules, 2017, one row is inserted as mentioned below;
1 Class-I Member of Higher Judicial Service of Selection Grade on deputation.

6. The existing entry made in column no. 3, sl. no. 11 of Class-III, First Schedule to Rules, 2017, is substituted with "313".7. The existing entry made in column no. 3, sl. no. 10 of Class-IV, First Schedule to Rules, 2017, is substituted with "236".
8. In fourth Schedule to Rules, 2017, after sl. no. 10, one row is inserted as below;
