अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 3-2/2011/1-8.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सचिवालय सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची मेंः-
1. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 1, 1-क, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 के कॉलम (8) में शब्द ''अभ्यर्थी के पास पदोन्नति के समय स्नातक उपाधि होना चाहिए'' अंतःस्थापित किया जाये।
2. अनुसूची-चार के कॉलम(5) के शीर्षक में, शब्द ''पद के लिये पात्रता हेतु न्यूनतम अनुभव की कालावधि'' के स्थान पर ''पद के लिये पात्रता हेतु न्यूनतम अनुभव की कालावधि एवं अन्य अर्हता'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। 3. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''3 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''3 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
4. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 1-क के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''3 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''3 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
5. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''3 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''3 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
6. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। 7. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 4 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
8. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 5 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
9. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 6 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
10. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 7 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
11. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 8 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
12. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 13 के कॉलम(5) में अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''5 वर्ष एवं स्नातक उपाधि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

क्रमांक एफ 3-2/2011/1-8.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 14-06-2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-2/2011/1-8.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Secretariat Service Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules:-
1. In column (8) of serial number 1, 1-A, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 of schedule-II, the word "Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree at the time of promotion" shall be inserted.
2. In the heading of column (5) of schedule-IV, for the words "Minimum experience period for eligibility for post", the words "Minimum experience period and other qualification for eligibility for post" shall be substituted.
3. In column (5) of serial number 1 of schedule-IV, for the figure and word "3 Years", the figure and words "3 years and Bachelor's Degree" shall be substituted.
4. In column (5) of serial number 1-A of schedule-IV, for the figure and word "3 Years", the figure and words "3 years and Bachelor's Degree" shall be substituted.
5. In column (5) of serial number 2 of schedule-IV, for the figure and word "3 Years", the figure and words "3 years and Bachelor's Degree" shall be substituted.
6. In column (5) of serial number 3 of schedule-IV, for the figure and word "5 Years", the figure and words "5 years and Bachelor's Degree" shall be substituted.
7. In column (5) of serial number 4 of schedule-IV, for the figure and word "5 Years", the figure and words "5 years and Bachelor's Degree" shall be substituted.
