क्रमांक एफ 7-19/2015/XII.⸺ खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का सं. 67) की धारा 9ख, धारा 15 की उप-धारा (4) एवं धारा 15क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ जिला खनिज संस्थान न्यास नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 22 में, उप-नियम (2) के खण्ड (घ) के द्वितीय पैरा में, शब्द ''प्रत्यक्ष'' के पश्चात्, शब्द ''और अप्रत्यक्ष'' अंतःस्थापित किया जाये।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

No. F 7- 19/2015/XII.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9B, sub-section (4) of Section 15 and Section 15A of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (No. 67 of 1957), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2015, namely:-

In the said rules,-
In second para of clause (d) of sub-rule (2) of rule 22, after the word "directly", the words "and indirectly" shall be inserted.
