NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-712015/16 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 233 and234 read with proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Labour Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
l. For sub-rule (3) of rule 6, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Method of Appointment of President.- President shall be appointed by the State Government in accordance with clause (a), (b) or (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 9 of Ctrhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 (No. 27 of 1960)."
2. For rule l2,the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"12. Interpretation.- If any question arises as to the interpretation of these rules, the decision of the State Government shall be fmal."
3. Rule 13 shall be omitted.
