No. F 5-04lVIII-Trans./20 Zl.- lnexercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (l)of section 19 of the Carriage by Road Act,2007, (No.4l of 2007), the State Government, hereby, authorizes all ofiicers mentioned in list below to compound offences committed within their respective jurisdiction which are punishable under section 18 ofthe said act, for such amount as mentioned under sub-section (1) ofSection 18 of the said Act, namely :-
