क्रमांक 3737/एफ-03/28/विविध/ 2019/14-2.⸺ राज्य शासन, एतद् द्वारा महात्मा गांधी उद्यानिकी एवं वानिकी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2019 (क्र. 23 सन् 2019) की धारा 39 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, महात्मा गांधी उद्यानिकी एवं वानिकी विश्वविद्यालय, पाटन, दुर्ग परिनियम, 2020 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त परिनियम में,-
1. परिनियम 10 के खण्ड (2) में, शब्द, अंक एवं चिन्ह ''धारा 19 की उप-धारा (3) के खण्ड (क), (ख) एवं (ग)'' के स्थान पर, शब्द, अंक एवं चिन्ह ''धारा 19 की उप-धारा (3) के खण्ड (क), (ख), (ग) एवं (घ)'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
2. परिनियम 17 के शीर्षक में, शब्द ''संकायाध्यक्षों की शक्तियां एवं कर्तव्य'' के स्थान पर, शब्द, ''विश्वविद्यालय के संकायाध्यक्षों की शक्तियां एवं कर्तव्य'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
3. परिनियम 17 के खण्ड (1) में, शब्द, ''सिफारिशें'' के स्थान पर, शब्द, ''सिफारिश'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। 4. परिनियम 23 के खण्ड (4) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्ः- Atal Nagar, the 24th July 2021

No./3737/F-03/28/ misc/ 2019/14-2.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 39 of the Mahatma Gandhi Udyanikee Evam Vanikee Viswavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2019 (No. 23 of 2019), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Mahatma Gandhi Udyanikee Evam Vanikee Viswavidyalaya, Patan, Durg Statutes, 2020, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said statutes,-
1. In clause (2) of Statute 10, for the words, figures and symbol "clause (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (3) of Section 19", the words, figures and symbol "clause (a), (b), (c) and (d) of sub-section (3) of Section 19" shall be substituted.
2. In the title of Statute 17, for the words "Powers and Duties of Deans of Faculties", the words "Powers and Duties of the Deans of Faculties of University" shall be substituted.
3. In clause (1) of Statute 17, for the word "recommendations", the word "recommendation" shall be substituted.
4. After clause (4) of Statute 23, the following shall be added, namely:-
"(5) Finance Committee."

1. परिनियम 2 के खण्ड (क) में, अंक ''25'' को, ''23' पढ़ा जाये।
2. परिनियम 6 के खण्ड (क) के उपखण्ड (एक) में, अंक ''3.1'' को, ''31'' पढ़ा जाये।
