क्रमांक एफ 4-14/2017/29-1.⸺ आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 की धारा 3 सहपठित उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना का.आ. 2674 (अ) दिनांक 2 जुलाई 2021 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार एतद् द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ आवश्यक वस्तु व्यापारी (अनुज्ञापन तथा जमाखोरी पर निर्बधन) आदेश 2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात् -

उक्त आदेश में,
1. दाल के संबंध में अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 1 निम्नलिखित प्रविष्ट किया जायेः-
1. " दाल " से अभिप्रेत है उड़द, मूंग, अरहर, मसूर, मटर और चना , सबूत या दला हुआ या छिलका रहित। 2. दाल के संबंध में अनुसूची-दो की तालिका में सरल क्रमांक 1 में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्ट किया जाए :-

| 1. | दाल सभी एक साथ रखकर (मूंग को छोड़कर) | सभी | 2000 क्विंटल | 50 क्विंटल | स्टॉक सीमा विगत 3 माह के उत्पादन अथवा वार्षिक संस्थापित क्षमता का 25% इनमे से जो भी अधिक हो, होगी। | 1. व्यापारी के लिए लागू स्टॉक सीमा, दिनांक 15 मई 2021 से पहले आयातित /स्टॉक में धारित मात्रा पर लागू । 2. दिनांक 15 मई 2021 के बाद आयात किये गए स्टॉक हेतु व्यापारी के लिए प्रयोज्य स्टॉक सीमा सीमा-शुल्क मंजूरी के 45 दिनों के बाद लागू । |
3. उपरोक्त स्टॉक सीमा दिनांक 31 अक्टूबर 2021 तक प्रभाव में रहेगी। 5. यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि दालों के स्टॉक को नियमित रूप से घोषित किया जाए और इसे भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग के पोर्टल पर अद्यतित किया जाए। छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, मनोज कुमार सोनी, विशेष सचिव.

NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-14/2017/29-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (notification no. 10 of 1955) read in conjunction with notification S.O. 2674(E) dated 2nd July, 2021 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Essential Commodities Dealers (Licensing and restriction on hoarding) order, 2009, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the above order:
1. Following shall be inserted in Schedule '1' at serial number '1':-
1. "Pulses" means Urad, Moong, Arhar, Masur, Peas and Gram whole or split or without husk.
2. Following shall be inserted at serial number 1 of the table at Schedule '2' :-

For stocks imported after 15th May, 2021, stock limit applicable to Dealer, will apply after 45 days from the date of custom clearance. |
3. The above limit shall be in force till 31st October, 2021.
4. In case the stocks held by respective legal entities are higher than the prescribed limit then they shall declare the same on the portal (fcainfoweb.nic.in) of Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India and bring it to the prescribed stock limit within 30 day of issue of this notification.
5. It shall be ensured that pulses stock is regularly declared and updated on the portal of Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.
