क्रमांक आर-1031/472/आठ-परि./2020.⸺ कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) की महामारी की परिस्थितियां निर्मित हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप, बसोें का नियमित रूप से संचालन नहीं हो रहा है, अतएव, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 59) की धारा 65 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान नियम, 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थातः-

उक्त नियमों में,
नियम 77 के उप-नियम (2) के परंतुक में, अंक एवं शब्द ''31 जुलाई 2021'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''31 दिसम्बर, 2021'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
यह संशोधन, 01 अगस्त, 2021 से प्रवृत्त होगा।

No. R-1031 /472/trans-VIII/2020.⸺ As a result of Corona Virus (Covid-19), Pandemic circumstances, the buses were not conducting regulerly, therefore, In exercise, of the powers conferred by Section 65 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, (No. 59 of 1988), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Said rules:-
In proviso of sub-rule (2) of rule 77, for the figures and words "31st July of 2021", the figures and words "31st December of 2021" shall be substituted.
This amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of 01st August, 2021.
अटल नगर, दिनांक 2 अगस्त 2021क्रमांक आर-1032/472/आठ-परि./2020.⸺ कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) के महामारी के संक्रमण के परिणामस्वरूप, लॉकडाउन से उत्पन्न विषम परिस्थितियों के कारण, यात्री बसों के संचालन में आ रही कठिनाईयों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 21 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, यात्री वाहनों से संबंधित मोटरयान कर के भुगतान में निम्नानुसार छूट प्रदान करती हैः-
1. (क) छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान नियम, 1991 के नियम 11 एवं नियम 12 में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्बंधनों एवं शर्तों के अध्यधीन रहते हुए, माह दिसम्बर, 2021 तक की, कालावधि के लिए, देय अग्रिम मासिक कर को जमा करने में छूट।
(ख) 31 दिसम्बर, 2021 के पश्चात्, अग्रिम मासिक कर जमा करने संबंधी प्रावधान, पूर्वानुसार स्वतः ही प्रभावशील हो जावेगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना 01 अगस्त, 2021 से प्रवृत्त होगी।
No. R-1032/472/8-Trans/2020.⸺ In view of the difficulties faced in the operation of passenger buses, as a result of epidemic of corona virus (Covid-19) and due to difficult circumstances arising from lockdown, the State Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(1) of section 21 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan adhiniuam, 1991(No.25 of 1991), hereby, exempts in payment of motor vehicle tax in respect of passenger vehicles as follows:-
1. (a) Exemption in Submission of advance monthly tax payable for a period of December, 2021, subject to the restrictions and conditions specified under rule 11 and rule 12 of Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Rules, 1991.
(b) After 31st December, 2021, the provision for depositing monthly tax in advance shall automatically become effective.
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of 01st August, 2021.
