NOTIFICATION
F. No. 19-16/2013/10-2.⸺ In exercise of the power s conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), the State Government, hereby, declares that it has been decided to constitute the following land with khasra number and area as shown in column (4) and (5) respectively of the Schedule mentioned below and within such situation and limits as specified in column (6) of the said Schedule a Reserved Forest and, appoints the Sub-divisional Officer (Revenue), Mohla Sub-division to act as the Forest Settlement Officer to inquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent of any rights alleged to exist in favour of any person in or over any land comprised in the said Schedule or in or over any forest-produce and to deal with the same in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II of the said Act, namely :-
