NOTIFICATION

No.F l0-42/2021/CT(Ex)N(61).- [n exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d), (e), (0, (g) and (h) of sub-section (2), read with the proviso of sub-section(3) of section 62 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. II of 1915) the State Govemment, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Chhattisgarh Foreip Liquor Rules 1996, namely :-

AMENDMENT

l. In the aforesaid rules :- .

(l) In Condition No. (7-A) of Form F.L.-2, for the words and figures, "780 bottles of beer" the word and figures, "10 percent of the annual prescribed minimum guaranteed quantlty of beer ", shall be substituted.

(2) tn Condition No. (⁶-A) of Form F.L.-³, for the words and figures, '420 Quart bottles of spirit and 660 bottles of beer", the word and figures, "10 percent of the annual prescribed minimum guaranteed quantity ofspirit and beer", shall be substituted.

No F l0-42/2021lCT(Ex)A/(62).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. II of l9l5), the State Government hereby makes following amendments in the Notification no.(4) (B)-I-52-96-C.T.-5, dated2Tth March 1997, issued by the departrnent and published on page251-52 of MadhyaPradesh Gazette (Extraordinary), dated 27-03-97, namely:-

In the above notification, in place of number 4 and entries related to it, in the table of para-three of part-8 of chapter-two, following number and entries shall be substituted, i.e. :-
