सूचना

क्रमांक एफ 11-08/2018/सात-4.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन्‌ 1959) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) के परन्तुक में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, एतदद्वारा, यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त संहिता की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 11-08/2018/सात-4, दिनांक 23 अगस्त, 2019 में नवीन तहसील रेंगाखारकला, जिला कबीरधाम की सीमाओं में आंशिक परिवर्तन करते हुए, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करना प्रस्तावित करती है.

राजपत्र में इस सूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से साठ दिवस की समाप्ति पर, प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया जायेगा तथा इसके संबंध में कोई भी आपत्तियां या सुझाव, लिखित में, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, कैपिटल काम्पलेक्स, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर को उक्त अवधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व अग्रेषित किये जा सकेंगेः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, -

अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) में, अंक ''40'' का लोप किया जाये तथा इसे पूर्ववत्‌ जिला कबीरधाम, तहसील बोड़ला के राजस्व निरीक्षक मण्डल राजानवागांव में शामिल किया जाये.

NOTICENo. F 11-08/2018/Seven-4.⸺ In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said Code, the State Government proposes to the following amendment in Notification No. F 11-08/2018/Seven-4, Dated 23rd August, 2019 by making partial change in the boundaries of new Tehsil Rengakharakala, District-Kabirdham. The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in writing to the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur before the expiry of the said period :-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, -

In column (5) of the Schedule, the figure "40", shall be omitted and shall be included in District Kabirdham, Tehsil Bodla of Rajanavagoan Revenue Inspector Circle previously.
