F. No.9182/2398/XXI-B/C.G.12021.- Consequentto enhancement ofrate of DearnessAllowancepayable to Central Govemment officers/employees vide O.M. No . ll3 (|)12008-E.II @) of Govemment of lndia, Ministry of Finance, Deparhnent of Expenditure, dated l3thAugust, 202l,the State Government, hereby, enhances the DearnessAllowance payable to the Judicial Offrcers of the State whose pay scale have not been revised on the basis of 7th pay commission recommendations as an interim measure and to pensioner Judicial Officers and to Family Pensioners of late Judicial Officers of the State who are receiving pension/Family Pension on the basis of Justice Padmanabhan Committee Report, from the existing rate of I 64%o to I 89% with effect from I st July, 202 I .
