अधिसूचना

फा. क्रमांक 9362/2400/21-ब/छ.ग./2021.⸺ भारतीय विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 (क्र. 36 सन्‌ 2003) की धारा 153 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, छ.ग. उच्च न्यायालय की सहमति से एवं उनके ज्ञापन क्रमांक 8062/III-6-4/2003/Checker, बिलासपुर दिनांक 18-08-2021, के अनुपालन में, एतद्‌द्वारा, पूर्व में जारी अधिसूचना क्रमांक 4062/1135/XXI-B/CG/16, दिनांक 25-04-2016, में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-

सरल क्रमांक 3 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है, अर्थात -

No. 9362/2400/XXI-B/C.G./2021.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) and (2) of Section 153 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the State Government, with concurrence of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of its Memo No. 8062/III-6-4/2003/Checker, Bilaspur dated 18-08-2021, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's previous Notification No. 4062/1135/XXI-B/CG/16, dated 25-04-2016, namely:-
