अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 1-16/2021/25-1.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति विकास (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2006 यथा संशोधित 2011 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्‌ :-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-(1) अनुसूची-एक में, सरल क्रमांक 12 के कॉलम (2) के सरल क्रमांक (3) के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्‌ः-

No. F 1-16/2021/25-1.⸺In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development (Gazetted) Service, Recruitment Rules, 2006, as revised 2011 namely:-

1- In Schedule-l, after serial number (3) of column (2) of serial number 12, the following shall be added, namely :-
