अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 7-19/2015/XII.⸺ खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का सं. 67) की धारा 9ख, धारा 15 की उप-धारा (4) एवं 15क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ जिला खनिज संस्थान न्यास नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम-22 के उप-नियम (11) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-
''परन्तु यह कि राज्य के अधिसूचित क्षेत्रों में, जिला खनिज संस्थान न्यास के अन्तर्गत प्रस्तावित कार्यों की अनिवार्यता एवं निधि की उपलब्धता के आधार पर, किन्हीं विशेष प्रकरणों में न्यास निधि में प्राप्त राशि का 40% तक व्यय किया जा सकेगा।''

No. F 7- 19/2015/XII.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9B, sub-section (4) of Section 15 and Section 15A of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (No. 67 of 1957), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2015, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After sub-rule (11) of rule 22, the following proviso shall be added, namely :-
"Provided that in the scheduled areas of the state, upto 40% of the amount recieved in the trust fund can be spent in specific cases on the basis of necessity of the propose work and avialability of fund under the district mineral foundation trust."
