क्रमांक एफ 02-23/2012/10-1/वन.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ वन सेवा (संयुक्त) परीक्षा नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् -

उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम (5) (ख) (1) (2) टीप के स्थान पर निम्नानुसार (ख) एवं टिप्पणियाँ प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

| (1) उम्मीदवार के पास - (एक) पशु पालन तथा पशु चिकित्सा विज्ञान, (दो) वनस्पति विज्ञान, (तीन) कम्प्यूटर अनुप्रयोग/ विज्ञान, (चार) पर्यावरण विज्ञान, (पांच) रसायन विज्ञान, (छः) भू-विज्ञान, (सात) बागवानी, (आठ) गणित, (नौ) भौतिकी, (दस) साँख्यिकी, (ग्यारह) प्राणी शास्त्रा, (बारह) कृषि, (तेरह) वानिकी, में से कम से कम किसी एक विषय के साथ किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/ संस्थान से स्नातक डिग्री होना चाहिए। | टीप-एक : ऐसे उम्मीदवार, जो कि ऐसी परीक्षा में बैठ चुके है, किन्तु जिसके परीक्षाफल की सूचना उन्हें नहीं मिली है और जिसे पास करने से, वे छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग की छत्तीसगढ़ वन सेवा (संयुक्त) परीक्षा के लिये शैक्षिक रूप से पात्रा बन जायेंगे, वे भी उक्त परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए आवेदन पत्रा प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। ऐसे समस्त उम्मीदवार, जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा साक्षात्कार के लिए अर्ह घोषित किये जायेंगे, उन्हें साक्षात्कार के समय अपेक्षित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने का प्रमाण पत्रा प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा। ऐसा नहीं किये जाने पर, ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को छत्तीसगढ़ वन सेवा (संयुक्त) परीक्षा, के साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जायेगी। टीप-दो ः टीप-एक के अतिरिक्त, ऐसे उम्मीदवार, जो नियम (5) (ख) में विहित शैक्षणिक अर्हता की प्रविष्टि (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट अर्हता के समकक्ष अर्हता रखते हैं, वे भी उक्त |
| अथवा चिकित्सा शिक्षा/ आयुष के किसी भी विषय/शाखा मे ं किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से स्नातक डिग्री होना चाहिए। अथवा अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद्/ भारतीय फार्मेसी परिषद्/ वास्तुकला परिषद् के द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त तकनीकी शिक्षा के किसी भी विषय/शाखा में, किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय /संस्थान से प्राप्त स्नातक डिग्री, जिसे छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा अमान्य न किया गया हो, होनी चाहिए। यदि इस संबंध में किसी प्रकार का विवाद उत्पन्न होता है, तो छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग के निर्णय को अंतिम माना जाएगा। किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से अभिप्रेत है भारत के केन्द्र या राज्य विधानमण्डल के अधिनियम द्वारा निगमित किसी विश्वविद्यालय या शैक्षिक संस्थान अथवा संसद के अधिनियम द्वारा स्थापित या विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का सं. 3) की धारा 3 के अधीन विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में माना जाकर घोषित की गई कोई अन्य शैक्षिक संस्थान। अथवा टिप्पणियाँ कॉलम के टीप-दो में यथा उल्लेखित समकक्ष योग्यता होनी चाहिए। | परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए आवेदन पत्रा प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। ऐसे समस्त उम्मीदवार, जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा साक्षात्कार के लिये अर्ह घोषित किये जायेंगे, उन्हें छत्तीसगढ़ वन सेवा (संयुक्त) परीक्षा के साक्षात्कार के समय, भारत के केन्द्र या राज्य विधानमण्डल के अधिनियम द्वारा निगमित किसी विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान अथवा संसद के किसी अधिनियम द्वारा स्थापित अथवा विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का सं. 3) की धारा 3 के अधीन विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में माना जाकर घोषित की गई अन्य शैक्षणिक संस्थान से प्राप्त इस आशय का प्रमाण पत्रा प्रस्तुत करते हुये स्पष्ट करना होगा कि मौजूदा डिग्री, नियम (5) (ख) में विहित शैक्षणिक अर्हता की प्रविष्टि (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट कम से कम किसी एक स्नातक डिग्री के समकक्ष है। ऐसा नहीं करने पर, ऐसे उम्मीदवार को साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जायेगी। टीप-तीन ः अपवादिक मामलों में, छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग, ऐसे किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा में प्रवेश पाने का पात्रा नहीं मान सकता है, जिसके पास उपर्युक्त अर्हताओं में से कोई अर्हता न हो, बशते र् कि उसने, किसी ं संस्था द्वारा ली गई कोई ऐसी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली हो, जिसका स्तर छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के मतानुसार उक्त परीक्षा में उसका शामिल होना न्यायसंगत हो। |
टीप :- ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य का वास्तविक निवासी हैं के लिये, उच्चतर आयु सीमा, शासन के सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार शिथिलनीय होगी।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 02-23/2012/10-1/ou.⸺ in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Forest Service (Combined) Examination Rules, 2014, Namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the given in Clause (5) (b) (1) (2) and Note Eligibility related condition of said rules, the following (b) and Remarks shall be substituted, namely :-

| (1) The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from any of the recognised university/ institutes with at least one of the subjects - (i) Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, (ii) Botany, (iii) Computer Applications / Science, (iv) Environment Science, (v) Chemistry, | Note-I : Candidates who have appeared at an examination the passing of which would render them educationally qualified for the Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission's Chhattisgarh Forest Service (Combined) Exam, but have not been informed of the results can also submit an application to participate in the said exam. All such candidates who are declared qualified to the interview by the Chhattisgarh State Public |
| (vi) Geology, (vii) Horticulture, (viii) Mathematics, (ix) Physics, (x) Statistics, (xi) Zoology, (xii) Agriculture, (xiii) Forestry, Or A Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognised universities/ institutes in any subject or branch of Medical Education/ Ayush. Or A Bachelor's Degree in any subject or branch of Technical education recognised by All India Conucil for Technical Education/Pharmacy Council of India/ Council of Architecture obtained from any of the recognised University/ Institutes which have not been unaccepted by the Government of Chhattisgarh, in case, if any kind of dispute arised out in the regard, the decision of the Department of Technical Education of the Government of Chhattisgarh shall be considered final. Any of the recognised Universities or institutions means Universities or Educational institutions incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (No. 3 of 1956). Or Possess an equivalent qualification as mentioned in Note-II of Remarks column. | Service Commission, will be required to produce proof of passing the requisite examination at the time of interview failing which, such candidates will not be admited to attend the interview of Chhattisgarh Forest Service (Combined) Examination. Note-II : In addition to Note-I, the candidates who possess an equivalent qualification of qualification specified in entry (1) of prescribed educational qualification in Rule (5) (b) can also submit an application to participate in the said exam, All such candidates who are declared qualified to the interview by the Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission, will be required to produce a certificate to this effect from any of the Universities or Institutions incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of the Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (No. 3 of 1956) clarifying that the existing degree is an equivalent qualification with at least one of the Bachelor's degree specified in entry (1) of prescribed educational qualification in Rule (5) (b) at the time of the Chhattisgarh Forest Service (Combined) Examination interview failing which such candidate shall not be admitted to attend the interview. Note-III : In exceptional cases the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission may treat a candidate, for admission to the exam, who has not any of the foregoing qualifications provided that he/she has passed such examination conducted by the Institutions, the standard of which in the opinion of the Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission justifies his/her admission to the examination. |
Note- The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidates who are bonafide resident of State of Chhattisgarh, as per instructions issued by the General Administration Department, of the Government, from time to time.
