अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-7/आठ-परि./2021. - यतः, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (क्रमांक 59 सन् 1988) की धारा 67 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त ॉाक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-04/आठ-परि./2013, दिनांक 16 जुलाई 2018 को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकार तथा क्षेत्रीय परिवहन प्राधिकार को भाड़ा के निर्धारण के संबंध में, निम्नलिखित और निर्देा जारी करती है, जो नगर सेवाओं से भिन्न प्रक्रम वाहनों के लिए, राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाान की तारीख से प्रभावाील होगा, अर्थात् :-
निर्देा
प्रक्रम वाहनों द्वारा प्रभार्य किराया होगा -
(क) वोल्वो, स्केनिया, मर्सीडीज आदि सुपर लक्जरी वातानुकूलित सेवाओं के लिए, -

(ख) वोल्वो, स्केनिया, मर्सीडीज आदि सुपर लक्जरी वातानुकूलित सेवाओं से भिन्न ,-

टीप :-
1. उपरोक्तानुसार संगणित किराए की कुल रााि में, पचास पैसे से अधिक की किसी रााि को, अगले उच्चतर रूपये में पूर्णाकिंत किया जाएगा, और पचास पैसे से कम की किसी रााि को, छोड़ दिया जाएगा। 2. रात्रिकालीन बस सेवा से अभिप्रेत है, ऐसी सेवा जो साधारणतः सूर्यास्तः से सूर्योदय तक संचालित होती है, और जिसकी एक ओर की दूरी कम से कम 200 कि.मी. होती हो।
3. सेवा के प्रकार यथा ''रात्रिकालीन सेवा'', ''वातानुकूलित'', ''शयनयान कोच'' तथा ''अर्द्व-शयनयान कोच'' का रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र में वर्णन होना चाहिए तथा अनुज्ञा-पत्र में उल्लेख होना चाहिए, तथा किराये की गणना, सेवा के प्रकार के अनुसार की जानी चाहिए।
उपरोक्त निर्देा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में उल्लिखित शर्तो के अध्यधीन होगा :-
अनुसूची
(1) नीचे उल्लिखित व्यक्ति, एक परिचारक सहित को, किराये से 100 प्रतिशत छूट दी जाएगी, अर्थात :-
(अ) दृष्टिहीन व्यक्ति,
(ब) बौद्विक दिव्यांग व्यक्ति, (स) दिव्यांग व्यक्ति, जो दोनों पैरो से चलने मेें असमर्थ हों,
(द) वरिष्ठ नागरिक, जिनकी उम्र 80 (अस्सी) वर्ष या उससे अधिक हो,
(ई़) एच.आई.व्ही. एड़्स से पीड़ित व्यक्ति।
(2) (क) सरल क्रमांक (1) (स) में उल्लिखित दोनों पैरों से दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के लिए, पंचायत एवं समाज कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारियों अथवा शासकीय चिकित्सालय के अधिकारियों द्वारा जारी किये गये फोटोयुक्त प्रमाण-पत्र। (ख) एच.आई.व्ही./एड़्स (इम्यून सपे्रस) से पीड़ित मरीज के लिए, जिले के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य एड़्स नियंत्रण समिति, रायपुर ए.आर.टी. केन्द्र या कैंसर अस्पताल के अधिकारियों द्वारा जारी किये गये फोटोयुक्त प्रमाण-पत्र स्वीकार्य होगें तथा ऐसे प्रमाण-पत्र, दिव्यांग व्यक्ति द्वारा यात्रा के दौरान यात्री बस के चालक/परिचालक को प्रस्तुत किये जाएगें।
(3) ऐसे किसी व्यक्ति, जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के निवासी हो, को संबंधित जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक की अनुसंशा पर कलेक्टर द्वारा सम्यक रूप से जारी किया गया ''माओवाद से प्रभावित व्यक्ति'' का प्रमाण-पत्र रखने पर, राज्य के भीतर यात्री बस द्वारा यात्रा के दौरान, 50% किराये के भुगतान से छूट दी जाएगी।
(4) उपरोक्त उल्लिखित सरल क्रमांक 01 से 03 में उल्लिखित किसी भी शर्त के उल्लंघन की दशा में, अनुज्ञप्तिधारी के विरूद्व मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 59) की धारा 86 के अधीन एवं परिचालक के विरूद्व धारा 34 के अधीन कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-7/VIII-Trans./2021. ⸺ Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 67 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988) and in supersession of this Department's Notification Number F 5-04/VIII-Trans./2013, dated 16 July, 2018, the State Government, hereby, issues the following further directions to State Transport Authority and Regional Transport Authority regarding fixation of the fares with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette for stage carriages other than city services, namely :-
DIRECTIONS
Fare chargeable by the Stage Carriages shall be –
(A) For Volvo, Scania, Mercedes etc., Super Luxury Air-Conditioned Services-

Note :-
1. For the total amount of fare calculated as per above, any amount exceeding fifty paise shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee, and for any amount less than fifty paise shall be ignored.
2. Night bus service means a service ordinarily running sunset to sunrise and which is running at least a distance of 200 km one way.
3. The type of Service such as "Night Service", "Air- Conditioned", "Sleeper Coach" and "Semi-Sleeper Coach" shall be entered in registration certificate and shall be mentioned in the permit and fare shall be calculated as per the type of service.
The above direction shall be subject to the conditions mentioned in the Schedule below :-
SCHEDULE
(1) The below mentioned persons along with attendant shall be exempted 100% from the fare, namely:-
a. Persons with blindness,
b. Intellectual Disabled Person,
c. Persons with disability by both the legs,
d. Senior citizens whose age is eighty years and above,
e. Patients suffering from HIV (AIDS).
(2) (a) For person with disability by both legs mentioned in serial number (1)(c), a certificate with photograph issued by the officers of Panchayat and Social Welfare Department or officer of Government Hospital.
(b) For Patients suffering from HIV/AIDS, (Immune suppress) a certificate with photograph issued by the Chief Medical Officer of the District or Officers of the Chhattisgarh State AIDS Control Society, Raipur, ART Centers, or Cancer Hospitals, shall be acceptable and such certificate shall be presented by the person with disability during the journey to the conductor/driver of the passenger bus.
(3) Any person being a resident of Chhattisgarh State, on production of a certificate of "Moist Affected Person" duly issued by the Collector on the recommendation of the Superintendent of Police of the concerned District while travelling by passenger bus within the State, shall be exempted from paying 50% of the fare.
(4) In case of breach of any conditions mentioned in serial number (1) to (3) mentioned above action shall be taken against permit holder under section 86 and against the conductor under Section 34 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988).
