अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 10-65/2020/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच (72). - भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (1899 का सं.-2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, नगरीय क्षेत्रों में शासकीय भूमि के आबंटन/अतिक्रमित भूमि के व्यवस्थापन तथा रियायती/गैर रियायती स्थायी पट्‌टों को भूमिस्वामी अधिकार में परिवर्तन के संबंध मेंं, दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2022 तक की अवधि में निष्पादित लिखतोंं पर, उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची 1-क के अनुच्छेद 23 के अधीन प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क में कमी करते हुए, अधिकतम रूपये 2000/- स्टाम्प शुल्क प्रभार्य करती है।

2. यह अधिसूचना, राजपत्र मेंं इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

क्रमांक एफ 10-65/2020/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच (72). - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 10-65/2020/वा.क. (पं.)/पांच(72), दिनांक 13-10-2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है ।

छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

NOTIFICATION

No. F 10-65/2020/CT(R)/V (72 ). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (No. 2 of 1899), the State Government, hereby, charges stamp duty maximum rupees 2000/-, by reducing stamp duty chargeable under article 23 of Schedule 1-A of the said Act, on instruments executed till the period of 31st march 2022, relating to conversion into landlord rights for allotment of government land/settlement of encroached land and concessional/non-concessional permanent leases, in the urban areas.

2. This notification shall come into force with the effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

क्रमांक एफ 10-65/2020/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच(73). - भारतीय रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम,1908 (1908 का सं. 16) की धारा 78 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 79 के अधीन प्रकाशित अधिसूचना क्र. 818-635- पांच-पृ.आ., दिनांक 24 फरवरी, 1975 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना मेंं,-

रजिस्ट्रीकरण फीस की सारणी से संलग्न उप-शीर्ष ''पंजीयन शुल्क में छूट तथा रियायतें'' के सरल क्रमांक 61 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्‌ :-

''(62) नगरीय क्षेत्रों में शासकीय भूमि के आबंटन/अतिक्रमित भूमि के व्यवस्थापन तथा रियायती/गैर रियायती स्थायी पट्‌टों को भूमिस्वामी अधिकार में परिवर्तन के संबंध में, दिनांक 31-मार्च, 2022 तक की अवधि में निष्पादित लिखतों पर, प्रभार्य पंजीयन शुल्क में कमी करते हुए, अधिकतम रूपये 2000/- पंजीयन शुल्क प्रभार्य करती है।''

NOTIFICATION

No. F 10-65/2020/CT(R)/V (73 ). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. 16 of 1908), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. 818-635-VSR, dated 24th February, 1975 published under section 79 of the said Act, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

After serial number 61 of the sub-heading "exemption and reductions in registration fees" appended the table of registration fees, the following shall be added, namely :-

"(62) charges registration fees maximum rupees 2000/- by reducing registration fees chargeable, on instruments executed till the period of 31st March, 2022, relating to conversion into landlord rights for allotment of government land/settlement of encroached land and concessional/non-concessional permanent leases, in the urban areas"

2. This notification shall come into force with the effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
