क्रमांक एफ 11-40/2021/सात-4. - छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 13 की उपधारा (2) के परन्तुक में अन्तर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, एतदद्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त संहिता की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट अनुसार जिला रायगढ़ एवं बलौदाबाजार-भाटापारा की सीमाओं को परिवर्तित करना, नवीन जिला ''सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़'' का सृजन करना तथा उनकी सीमाओं को परिभाषित करना प्रस्तावित करती है।
राजपत्र में इस सूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से साठ दिवस की समाप्ति पर, प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया जायेगा तथा इसके संबंध में कोई भी आपत्तियॉं या सुझाव, लिखित में, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, कैपिटल काम्पलेक्स, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर को उक्त अवधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व अग्रेषित किये जा सकेंगे :-

NOTICE
No. F 11-40/2021/Seven-4. In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said Code, the State Government proposes to alter the limits of district Raigarh and Balodabazar-Bhatapara to create a new district "Sarangarh- Bilaigarh" and to define the limits thereof as specified in the Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in writing to the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur before the expiry of the said period :-
