NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DONGARGAON DEVELOPMENT PLAN (DRAFT) 2031 No. 71/DP-94/TCP./2021. Notice is hereby given that the Draft of Development Plan for Dongargaon Planning Area has been published in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), a copy thereof is available for inspection at,- (1) Divisional Commissioner, Durg (C.G.)
(2) The Office of Collector, Rajnandgaon (C.G.)
(3) Duputy Director, Town and Country Planning, Regional Office, Rajnandgaon (C.G.)
(4) Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Dongargaon (C.G.)
If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said draft plan, the same may be submitted in writing to the Office of Town and Country Planning, Regional Office, Rajnandgaon before the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Chhattisgarh Gazette for due consideration.

SCHEDULE
a) Existing land use map and narrative report.
b) Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.
c) Note indicating the phasing of implementation of the draft plan and stating the manner in which permission to development to be obtained.
d) Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquisition for public purposes, and the cost of works involved in the implementation plan.
