क्रमांक एफ 5-5/आठ-परि./2021.⸺ मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 59) की धारा 200 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक आर 966/आठ-परि. /2014, दिनांक 21 नवम्बर 2014 एवं अधिसूचना क्रमांक 644/966/ आठ-परि./2014, दिनांक 09 मई, 2016 को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, नीचे दी गई सूची में वर्णित सभी लोक सेवकों को, उनकी अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिता के भीतर कारित तथा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में वर्णित धाराओं के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराधों का प्रशमन, उक्त अनुसूची के तत्स्थानी कॉलम (3) एवं (4) में वर्णित की गई राशि से करने हेतु प्राधिकृत करती है, अर्थात्ः- 1. परिवहन आयुक्त
