क्रमांक 89/छ.ग.रा.वि.नि.आ/2021.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ विद्युत नियामक आयोग (नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा स्त्रोतों पर आधारित संयंत्रों द्वारा उत्पादित विद्युत हेतु उत्पादन टैरिफ के निर्धारण और संबंधित विषयवस्तु की निबंधन एवं शर्तें) विनियम, 2019, की अधिसूचना क्रमांक 83/CSERC/2019, दिनांक 24-12-2019 जो कि राज्य के असाधारण राजपत्र में दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2019 को प्रकाशित किया गया है.
उक्त विनियम की कंडिका 3.2 (II) में शब्द ''01 अप्रैल 2012 से 31 मार्च 2017 के मध्य'' के स्थान पर 01 अप्रैल 2019 के पूर्व पढ़ा जाए, तदानुसार उक्त कंडिका निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएः-
''नवीकरणीय विद्युत परियोजनाओं जिनका वितरण अनुज्ञाप्तिधारी से 20 वर्ष या अधिक अवधि हेतु दीर्घावधि विद्युत अनुबंध है, जिन्होंने 01 अप्रैल 2019 के पूर्व वाणिज्यिक संचालन हेतु तिथि अर्जित कर लिया है उन पर प्रयोज्य टैरिफ (निश्चित प्रभार), आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए गए संबंधित टैरिफ आदेशों टैरिफ अवधि के दौरान शासित होंंगे और विद्युत प्रभारों को इन विनियमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार अभिनिश्चित किया जाएगा''.

CORRIGENDUM
No. 89/CSERC/2021.⸺ Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and conditions for determination of generation tariff and related matters for electricity generated by plants based on renewable energy sources) Regulations, 2019, vide notification no. 83/CSERC/2019, dated. 24th December, 2019, which was published in the extra ordinary gazette of Chhattisgarh on 30th December, 2019.
In clause 3.2 (II) of the sad Regulation, the words "between April 01, 2012 to March 31, 2017" be replaced with "before April 01, 2019", and accordingly the said clause shall be read as under:
"Existing Re projects having long term PPA with distribution licensee of 20 years or more, which have achieved COD before April 01, 2019, applicable tariff (fixed charges) shall be governed by respective tariff orders as issued from time to time by the Commission for the duration of the tariff period whereas energy charges will be determined as per provisions in these regulations".
