No. F l-2l2021lOne(l).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause Q) nd(3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Govemment Business (Allocation) Rules, namely :-

AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
l. Under heading "VII- Revenue and Disaster Management Department", after serial number 2l of Part (B), the following shall be added, namely :-
"22. The Chhattisgarh Adim Jan Jatiyon Ka Sanrakshan (Vrakshon Me Hit) Adhiniyam, 1999 (No. 12 of 1999) and The Chhattisgarh Adim Jan Jatiyon Ka Sanrakshan (Vrakshon Me Hit) Niyam, 2000."
2. Under heading "XI- Commerce and Industry Department", after serial number 24 of Part (A), the followingshall be adde4 namely:-
"25. Service Sector."
