No.4-108 lHome-c12017.- Inexercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the notification ofthis Department No. F- 4-108/Home-cl20l7,dated 14 November, 2020 and.declares "J.J.M.P.(Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parisad)" Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year.
This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from 15 November, 2021.
