क्रमांक 7050/3418/2020/18.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगर पालिका अधिनियम 1961 (क्रमांक 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 5-क में प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा निम्न अनुसूची में वर्णित ग्राम/ग्राम पंचायत क्षेत्र को नगर पालिका परिषद आरंग, जिला-रायपुर की सीमा में सम्मिलित करने का अभिप्राय प्रकट करता हैः-

नगर पालिका परिषद आरंग की सीमा में सम्मिलित किए जाने वाले ग्राम/ग्राम पंचायत क्षेत्र का विवरण निम्नानुसार हैः-

अनुसूची -2
नगर पालिका परिषद आरंग की संशोधित सीमा निम्नानुसार होंगीः-
नगर पालिका परिषद आरंग की वर्तमान सीमा, ग्राम/ग्राम पंचायत बैहार तथा घुमराभाठा की सीमा नगर पालिका परिषद आरंग की सीमा होंगी।
उपरोक्त आशय के छ.ग. राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से 10 दिन के भीतर कोई भी स्थानीय प्राधिकारी अथवा कोई भी व्यक्ति अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव कलेक्टर रायपुर को उनके कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन दिवस एवं समय पर राज्य शासन के विनिश्चय हेतु प्रस्तुत कर सकते है। अटल नगर, दिनांक 18 नवम्बर 2021 क्रमांक 7050/3418/2020/18.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक 7050/3418/2020/18 दिनांक 18-11-2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. 7050/3418/2020/18.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(A) of Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961) the State Government, hereby, intend to include the following areas of Gram/Gram Panchayat in the boundary of Municipal Council Arang District-Raipur as per Schedule given below :-

SCHEDULE-2
The Revised boundary of Municipal Council Arang is as under :-
The existing boundaries of Municipal Council Arang, and limits of Gram/Gram Panchayat Baihar and Ghumrabhatha shall be the boundaries of Municipal Council Arang.
Any person or any local authority may submit his Suggestion/objection in writing to the Collector, District Raipur on any official day and time within 10 days from the date of Publication in the "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for the consideration of the State Government.
