No. F-68-1/Three (Two)/N.P./E.E.M.L.A./2021/2270.- In exercise of Articles 243-K, ZA, of the Constitution of India read with Section 14-A of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Act, 1956 and Section 32-A of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Chhattisgarh State Election Commission makes the following amendments in the Election Expenditure (Maintenance and Lodging Account) Order, 2019 (31st October 2019), namely:-
