क्रमांक एफ 5-5/2021/29-2.⸺ उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का सं. 35) की धारा 28 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोषण आयोग की स्थापना करती है, जिसे जिला आयोग के नाम से जाना जाएगा।
उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का सं. 35) के प्रारंभ होने के ठीक पूर्व नियुक्त जिला आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रत्येक अन्य सदस्य, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 31 में उपबंधित किये अनुसार जिला आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य के रूप में पद पर बने रहेंगे।
No. F -5-5/ 2021/ 29-2 .⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 28 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (No. 35 of 2019), the State Government, hereby, establishes the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to be known as the District Commission.
The President and every other member of the District Commission appointed immediately before the commencement of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (No. 35 of 2019) shall continue to hold office as the President and Member of the District Commission as provided in Section 31 of the said Act.
